Yoga in the Stars and Star Walk at Santa Fe Tree House Camp
Join me and the Wilderness Institute for Yoga in the Stars, a convergence of astrology and yoga, where the mind, body, soul, and cosmos meet. This nurturing class at The Wilderness Institute fuses hatha-yin yoga with astrological energy. You’ll leave class feeling more aligned with the cosmic energy and prepared to put your best foot forward. After an hour of yoga, students gather to reflect and discuss the current astrological weather, take a short sunset stroll, star gaze, and look for Zodiac constellations. Each student is provided a chart and astrology report to review and take home. Through somatic experiencing and a holistic embodied practice, you’ll truly feel at one with nature and yourself.
This course is presented by the non-profit Wilderness Institute and takes place at the Santa Fe Tree House Camp and Wilderness Preserve. An overnight camping or cabin rental option is available for an additional fee.

Yoga in the Stars at Sol Sundays
Join us in the Santa Fe Railyard Park on Sunday, August 31st for a day filled with music, art, wellness and community connection. This is an all ages event, bring your friends!

Flow under the sky, surrounded by music, movement and good vibes. No experience needed- just bring your mat (or not we have some), your energy and your open heart.
The festival goes from 12-6 and class is at 3pm.

Connect with cosmic community for an intentional class uniting the mind, body, spirit and stars.
Explore the realm of somatic connection with a class of embodied yoga that will leave you feeling aligned, nourished and inspired. Each class will be followed with a talk on the current astrology and you will be given a chance to reflect, share and connect with community!

The Yinspace- Free online yin yoga and meditation.
~ Starting this Fall on September 24th!
Free online weekly yin yoga and meditation every Wednesday at 7pm mountain time.
Most weeks will include about 45 minutes of yin yoga followed by a guided meditation and dharma talk. Some weeks we’ll explore more visual guided journeys through our meditations, getting into our creative inner worlds. Enjoy bits of astrology sprinkled in as well.
